50+ page spiral bound guide containing technical information, infographics and images for natural protection for commodity crop growers. To complete this guide, I worked with a team to edit copy and plan general layout. I was then responsible for creating the guide and getting in printed and distributed on time and under budget. I was able to save $10,000 by researching alternative printers instead of accepting the preferred vendor's initial bid.
Guide focused specifically for fruit and vegetable growers. Approximately 16 pages. This piece required copy layout, photo editing, illustration and infographic design.
Lawn and Garden multi-page guide with a B2C focus. Required for this project: text writing and layout, image editing and illustration.
These technical sheets were an exciting opportunity to flex some design muscle. The challenge with these sheets was that they needed to be rebranded due to a company merger. For the sake of time, I had to design these new pieces to complement brand standards for both the new branding and the previous brand standards.
Another opportunity to develop branding standards for a newly acquired product line. Worked with industry leaders to develop text that would capture the attention of a specific agricultural market.
Die cut folder designed to carry and match branding of 8.5x11 Technical Sheets.

Greetings!
I am pleased to announce that my husband and I will soon be organizing the second STEM Camp Day at the Boys and Girls Harbor in La Porte, Texas this summer.
The Harbor provides housing for children aged 5 to 17 who are not currently in the custody of their parents but have not yet been placed into foster care. It is a heartbreaking fact that many kids “age out” of placement and find themselves on a destructive path that often leads to imprisonment. Our goal is to inspire the youth to focus on their studies, and to strive to do their best, particularly in the STEM arena.
We have reached out to local businesses and churches for donations and to enlist volunteers with amazing success. On the docket for the day are various STEM related experiments and demonstrations focused on teaching these kids that science can be really fun and it is all around us.
Principals demonstrated will include:
Thermodynamics and Property Changes
Polarity
Polymer Chemistry
Chemical Reactions and Color Spectrum
Science of Baking
Engineering and Math Puzzles
Kinesiology and Healthy Habits
It is our hope that this fun day builds confidence in these kids and inspires them to take action now to have successful careers tomorrow.
